I need to change something on my order. How can I do this?
If you need to change your order quantity, shipping address, or any other aspect of your order, we will gladly do so as long as your order has not left our facility yet.

How can I track my order?
Tracking your order can be done so very easily through the website of the carrier your order is shipped with.

Once you receive a tracking number from us, simple visit the carriers website to track your order.
Why did some of the items from my order ship from a different country/warehouse?
Are you wondering why your order shipped from a different country or warehouse? Don't worry, this is a question we get quite often with a very simple answer.

All of our products are designed in-house in the United States by our team but the best part is that we now partnerships with over 12 manufacturing facilities across the globe which help us product our products half of the time to get them delivered to customers in a timely manner. Most of the time, we get so many orders yet our small team could only fulfill a certain amount per day.

At one point, this small issue lead us to meeting with many different manufacturing agents and carbon fiber producing agents across the globe in order to setup production in multiple different countries.

This is the reason why some of the items from your order may arrive in seperate packages. One of our manufacturing facilities may ship out one item from your order while another one of our facilities ships out another item from your order.

This way, it's a win-win for everyone. We get to fulfill orders on time and keep our customers happy, our dozens of manufacturing facilities staff multiple team members which gives them an incredible job and supports them, and most important of all, our incredible customers are happy and satisfied.
Why is your business address listed as a P.O. box address?

We are no longer able to publicly expose our manufacturing warehouse addresses due to the unfortunate fact that over the past few years, we have had multiple occasions where break-ins were attempted in order to vandalize our facilities and steal inventory from multiple warehouses of ours.


Due to this nature, we no longer publicly advertise the addresses at which we keep our valuable inventory and supplies, along with our manufacturing facilities.


The safety of our small teams are the most important factor to us and we always do the absolute best to put our staff before anything else.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept most forms of payment except for PayPal.

We also offer interest-free financing in partnership with Shop Pay and Affirm.

Q1: What is your refund policy?
We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and that it will meet the specific requirements detailed on the lot-specific datasheet provided with the product. Should you have a technical issue with a product, please contact our technical support services.
Q2: Can I return the product?
All returns must have prior authorization from Forgitec, and are subject to a 5% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. Products must be shipped back to Forgitec within 7 working days of receipt of the items. Return condition must be the same or equivalent to Forgitec original packaging.
Q3: I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?
We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 5% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from Forgitec for both the returned product and the new replacement product.
Q4: My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
Malfunction and/or breakage/damage resulting from any external factors after delivery of product is covered under our terms of warranty. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim.
